"The color matched the photos, right?"
I ordered a shirt from Madison Creek Outfitters, and the color looked pretty much exactly like it did online. You know how sometimes something shows up and it’s a totally different shade than the pictures? That didn’t happen here, which was a relief. I’m really happy with it

"Nice shirt, but shrank after washing"
Ordered a shirt from Madison Creek Outfitters and liked it right away. Fit well out of the package, and the fabric felt soft and decent quality.

Washed it once in cold water and dried it on low, but still shrank more than expected. Still wearable, just tighter than I wanted, which is a little disappointing for the price. Might grab a size up if I order again.

I did get my refund in the end, so all good there. I guess I just assumed it would be quick because most refunds I’ve dealt with are, but this one took a bit longer than I hoped.

"Unhelpful staff"
I asked for help and they basically brushed me off like I was bothering them. The whole clueless crew just stood around acting like helping customers wasn’t their job. Annoying experience.

"I wanted to like it, but the selection felt limited"
I really wanted to like the site, but the product selection just felt kind of limited to me. Maybe I was being too picky or just looking for specific things, but a lot of what I had in mind either wasn’t there or only had a couple options. It might be totally fine if you just need basic outdoor clothes, but I guess I was expecting a bit more variety. I ended up checking out another store instead

"Prices feel a bit hard to justify"
The stuff looks nice, I’ll give them that, but the prices just feel too high for what you’re actually getting. I’ve seen similar outdoor clothes for less elsewhere, so it feels like they’re the ones making it hard to justify buying here.

"Maybe I expected too much, but it wasn’t warm"
I’m not sure if I picked the wrong jacket for the weather or just assumed it would be warmer, but it felt thin once I was outside. The rain seemed to soak through faster than I expected, and when the wind picked up, I got cold really quickly. Maybe it’s fine for light conditions, but for bad weather, it didn’t really work for me.

"Honestly, the size chart wasn’t that helpful"
I checked the size chart before ordering, but the fit still ended up being off. It felt a little too general and didn’t really match the item I received. Shipping was fine, but the sizing info could definitely use more detail. Would’ve saved me the hassle of making a return.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but swapping it out was painless. Customer service replied quickly and walked me through what to do, no confusing back-and-forth or anything. The new one arrived without any drama, and I was really glad it all went so smoothly!

"Box was in rough shape when it arrived"
From what I remember, the box looked beat up when it showed up, and the packaging didn’t feel very sturdy. The shirt itself was okay, but it was all wrinkled from being tossed around in the flimsy packaging

"Disappointed with the quality and no real support"
I ordered a jacket and felt let down when it arrived. The stitching was already coming loose near the pocket, and the buttons felt really cheap. One of them even fell off after I wore it twice. For what I paid, I expected much better quality. I also didn’t love that there wasn’t any real human contact when I tried to sort it out, just automated replies, which made the whole thing more frustrating. I wouldn’t buy from them again...

"Super breathable and honestly really comfortable"
I wore my Madison Creek Outfitters shirt outside on a warm day, and I’m absolutely convinced it breathes way better than most shirts like this. I was walking around for a while and it never got all sticky or uncomfortable, which was a huge plus. The fit was spot on too, no question. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the fabric felt a little heavier than I expected, but overall it’s definitely still a really comfortable shirt.

"Liked the product, but the shipping surprised me"

"Website feels dated compared to others"
The site feels old compared to other stores I’ve shopped on recently. The colors and layout don’t look very clean, and a few pages felt cluttered enough that I wasn’t totally sure where to click next.

I tried browsing for a bit, but the whole experience was kind of frustrating. Competitor websites feel much smoother and easier to shop, so I ended up leaving quickly instead of sticking around.
